These Terms explain how customers, providers, and business accounts may use DaikouPro. The platform helps people request services, compare providers, manage quotes, track job records, and resolve issues in Cambodia.
Cash-after-task is the default flow. Customers may choose Pay-now where available, but DaikouPro does not currently claim to operate regulated escrow. Provider platform fees, Bakong/KHQR references, receipts, and payout readiness are tracked as platform records.
You must provide accurate account information and use DaikouPro only for lawful service requests. If you create a provider or company account, you confirm that you are authorized to offer those services and submit verification information when requested.
DaikouPro is a marketplace technology platform. Customers choose what to request and which quote or provider to accept. Providers are independent businesses or individuals and are responsible for the quality, safety, permits, tools, and delivery of their own work.
For cash-after-task jobs, the customer pays the provider directly after the work is completed, and DaikouPro may create a provider platform-fee balance. For Pay-now jobs, payment status is tracked through supported rails such as Bakong/KHQR where configured. Fees, payment rail costs, and credit limits may change by provider type, category, risk, or market policy.
Some services cannot be priced exactly before inspection. Providers may submit quotes, inspection fees, warranty terms, and schedule options. Customers may reject a quote or request another provider before work starts, subject to availability and platform rules.
DaikouPro may keep job records, chat, proof photos, completion notes, warranty records, reviews, and dispute activity to help both sides resolve issues. Warranty or protection only applies to jobs confirmed and documented inside DaikouPro.
You may not use DaikouPro for fraud, harassment, illegal services, fake reviews, unsafe work, unauthorized account access, payment evasion, or attempts to move protected platform jobs outside DaikouPro after matching.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DaikouPro is not liable for indirect losses or for work performed by independent providers. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
