DaikouPro connects customers and independent professionals in Cambodia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and how you can control it.
Current product note
Cash-after-task is the default payment flow. Pay-now and Bakong/KHQR features record payment status and references, but DaikouPro does not claim to operate regulated escrow or store raw payout bank account numbers.
1. Information we collect
Location data: service address notes, pinned map location, approximate service area, and device location only when you grant permission.
Marketplace data: requests, quotes, chat messages, proof photos, warranty records, reviews, disputes, notifications, and job status history.
Payment data: selected payment timing, KHQR/Bakong references, transaction status, receipts, provider fee ledger entries, and tokenized or masked payout method status. We should not store raw bank account details for production payouts.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create accounts, match customers with providers, process quote and booking flows, show payment status, support cash-after-task fee records, handle warranty claims, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, send notifications, and improve marketplace reliability.
4. Security and retention
We use access controls, audit trails, encrypted transport, and limited internal permissions. We keep records as long as needed for marketplace operations, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and user support. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices and rights
You can update account details, change notification and language preferences, revoke location permission on your device, and request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, safety, dispute, or accounting reasons.
6. Children and account safety
DaikouPro is intended for users who can lawfully enter service agreements. Keep your login credentials private and contact us immediately if you believe your account or payment information has been misused.
